There are room rates and apartment rates. Apartment rates mean you will have the entire apartment to yourself. Room rates mean that you will have your own bedroom but you will share a living room/kitchen with the other people in the apartment.

Yes, we will accept GBP Cheques but there will be a €10 charge for doing so. Unfortunately we are unable to accept Dollar cheques.

All the complexes are wheelchair friendly. Victoria Lodge and University Hall have lift access. Victoria Lodge has high dependency and carer units in the complex for those with severe disabilities.

Yes we do, but it must be mentioned at the time of booking to guarantee it.

The deposit can be paid by Visa, Mastercard, Irish bank cheque, bank transfer or cash.

For self catering bookings, the €70 deposit is taken from the overall total. For group bookings, the 20% non refundable deposit is taken from the overall total.

Victoria Lodge has single and double rooms in 3, 4 & 5 bedroom apartments. Castlewhite Apartments has single, double & twin rooms, in 3, 4, 5 & 6 bedroom apartments. University Hall has single and double rooms in 3, 4 & 5 bedroom apartments.

There is a residential warden on duty after reception is closed and you may check in with them.

Check out is any time before 10am on the morning of departure.

Check in is any time after 3pm on the day of arrival.

Each complex has a reception and you should check in here to receive your key and other relevant information. Reception is open from 8am to 8pm (times are subject to change).

Yes, reception can hold on to your luggage until your room is ready.
