Occupancy Period
These 9 apartments are available to let on a short/medium term basis e.g. Minimum of 2 months and a maximum of 2 years.
Booking Terms & Conditions
- Rent includes the cost of electricity, heating, refuse collection & TV Licence.
- Telephone line rental and all calls will be billed separately on a monthly basis.
- A refundable deposit of €500 is required to book an apartment.
- This deposit will be refunded when the apartment has been checked after your departure.
- Rent must be paid on a monthly basis by standing order.
Before faculty take up residence the following must have been completed:
- A refundable deposit of €500 to be paid.
- The first months rent in advance.
- Lease agreement must be signed and returned.
