These 9 apartments are available to let on a short/medium term basis e.g. Minimum of 2 months and a maximum of 2 years.

Rent includes the cost of electricity, heating, refuse collection & TV Licence.
Telephone line rental and all calls will be billed separately on a monthly basis
A refundable deposit of €500 is required to book an apartment. This deposit will be refunded when the apartment has been checked after your departure. Rent must be paid monthly in advance by standing order.
Before faculty take up residence the following must have been completed:
- A refundable deposit of €500 paid.
- The first months rent paid.
- Lease agreement must be signed and returned.
