It’s a great location for UCC, Cork University Hospital & the Dental Hospital.
Wilton Shopping Centre is just a short stroll away with its many shops, bars and restaurants. The location is also serviced by a good bus route into Cork city. These rooms will be offered on a 50-week contract basis with significantly reduced rates from June - August. They are ideally suited to Post Graduate students writing a thesis or dissertation.

Booking Terms & Conditions

- To book, please click on the "Book Now" button in the top left hand of this page, which will bring you to our application form. You will be asked to submit a deposit of €250. You will then receive an e-mail confirming your place and a request for the 1st instalment of rent. Unsuccessful applicants will be held on a waiting list for any cancellations.
- Only Post graduate students attending UCC may apply.
- These are non smoking apartments.
- Residents are asked to provide their own bed linen
- Internet is not provided, however a HEA scheme is in operation with O2.
